STAR WARS: RETROSPECTION- Broken

"Rand stole it from me, just before he left. I tried calling it back, but..." Rianna says, a bit moody over that still.

"Well... that is a difficult problem," Myraline says.

The airspeeder takes you to the Jedi Temple quickly, the structure looming against the gray sky as you rapidly approach. The speeder pulls to a stop at the entrance of the Temple, and Myraline disembarks with you to climb the stairs.

"Trust me, I'm aware and am very much not happy about it..." Rianna comments quietly as she climbs the steps of the Temple.

Waiting for you at the entrance of the Jedi Temple itself is a young girl, her blonde hair hanging in ringlets about her face. It is Ciira Treen, now in her late teens and quickly moving on her way to Knighthood. You begrudge her for almost completely neglecting her skills with a lightsaber, but she connection to the Force is notably strong.

"Hello, Master," she says timidly when you both approach.

"Hello, Ciira," Myraline says. "I trust your studies go well?"

"They do," Ciira says. "Hello, Rianna."

"Hi, Ciira..." Rianna says, never really entirely sure what to think about the girl, nor what Ciira thinks about her. Rianna certainly holds some jealousy about the fact that Ciira gets along so well with Myraline while she never could...

Ciira always acts very timid around you. She had to undergo counseling to recover from the death of her previous Master.

"I heard things didn't go very well," Ciira says, quietly. "I'm sorry. At least you helped Reecee."

"I think they were glad to see me go," Rianna says, wondering if everyone knows what happened.

"Ah, yes, you solve their planetary problems and they send you off without so much as a thank you," Myraline groans. "I swear, the Republic these days..."

Ciira does not comment, watching you quietly.

"I didn't quite want to stick around there any longer than necessary myself, so I suppose the feeling was mutual," Rianna says.

"Is something wrong?" she asks Ciira. I doubt Sense will help any, but does it tell Rianna anything at the moment?

"No," Ciira says, embarassed at being caught gawking. "Sorry."

Myraline gives Ciira a strangely reprimanding glare, one that she normally reserved for you.

Rianna watches the two, slightly confused, but does not comment on it. Myraline's motherliness is starting to wear on her and she wants to get this talk with the Council over with.

"It's okay. I assume the Council is waiting for me, then?"

"Yes, they are," Myraline says. "Ciira, I will find you when we have settled things with the Council."

"Yes, Master." Ciira quietly trots off into the Temple while you and Myraline step into a lift, on your way to speak before the Council. Myraline says nothing as the lift begins to rise.

"I can do this myself, you know," Rianna states. "I'm not a student any longer."

Myraline seems somewhat taken aback by the comment, but then composes herself.

"You are right, Rianna," Myraline says. "I apologize. I just... I worry, you know that. You talked with Nume Rand. I don't know if you know this, but he nagged the Council to transfer your apprenticeship to himself, and only took Foghren when they denied him."

Rianna is slightly taken aback by that herself.

"...no. I didn't know that. I didn't even know such a thing could be possible. But you don't need to worry about that. Foghren may have been a friend of mine, but I want nothing to do with Rand," Rianna replies.

"Of course," Myraline says, forcing a smile.

The lift stops.

"I will wait here for you," Myraline says. "Go on, talk with the Council..."

Well, Rianna shall go do just that, then...

Trorn, the Council representative, opens the doors for you without looking up from his desk. They slide open and you are let into the Council chambers, where you find that the Council is not in attendance; only two Masters sit before you.

"Welcome, Rianna," Mace Windu says. "I hear your efforts on Reecee were more troubling than we anticipated, but that you have the drug situation under control."

Yoda sits on Windu's right, scrutinizing you.

Rianna tucks her hands into the sleeves of her robes so she doesn't get fidgety; she never really likes reporting to the Council.

"Yes. Reecee will, at least, never be bothered by that particular problem again, and the police force was clearing up the remains of it when I had left," Rianna replies. She hesitates for a moment before continuing.

"Rand was behind the drug operations there. I had sensed that there was something very...off, but couldn't figure out what until it was too late. He also has two students of his own, of the Dark Side, now."

"And you are certain that it was Nume Rand?" Windu asks. "Did you identify his students? Were they known to you?"
