Exactly being a skilled fighter doesn't mean shit to a guy who can sense your every move and easily dodge it with his SUPER-HUMAN agility.

The agile part is complete bull. When has Spiderman ever shown that he's 20 times faster than Batman and Cass combined? Show me the fastest Spiderman has ever been and you can find at least 20 examples of Batman matching that speed in any Batman respect thread.
And of course being a skilled fighter matters ALOT. Super speed does not always beat someone who is trained to predict movement. I agree that in the case of Spiderman being able to bench 20 tons and being as fast as them, he could take out Cain and Elektra, but superpowers don't always beat a skilled fighter.
I dont know if its 20 times faster, but Batman nor Batgirl are this fast.

Yeh it's probably more. he has the proportionate strength and speed of a spider. How fast would Siders be at human size? ranging from 100-220 mph Spidey runs at 220 mph. When Batman is that fast get at me.
In that great scan you posted, even with his bat-glider it would take batman at least double the time to do the same feat.

How does that compare to leaping several city blocks in seconds?
The last scan is not even as big as 1 city block and she coveres it in about the same time it takes Spidey to jump 5 city blocks. Spidey blitz's
