She has never showed any signs of fatigue from using telepathy. She's even been stated on panel to be able to take over other peoples minds for months on end, aswell as switching the minds of other people.

You can't really compare her to Psylocke because Psylocke is an actual telepath. People just describe Elektra's powers as telepathy because it's easier to describe them that way. Her powers are pretty much mystical, unlocked through complete and total heightened awareness of the human mind and body. Think of the Bene Gesserit from Dune (if you've read it).

You are also forgetting in the marvel universe great will power overcomes TP, that is why Prof X finds it hard to even stay in Hulks mind.

Elektra is a class 1 telepath and very weak compared to man-Beast, her tp wont work on Spidey unless you prove it can work on someone with his will power.
