The fact that he greatly resisted Man-Beast a guy who fights on an equal level with Thor and Adam Warlock means that Elektra cant do anything.

You are also forgetting in the marvel universe great will power overcomes TP, that is why Prof X finds it hard to even stay in Hulks mind.

Elektra is a class 1 telepath and very weak compared to man-Beast, her tp wont work on Spidey unless you prove it can work on someone with his will power.

Elektra recently owned Bullseye while drugged, injured, and poisoned. He was specially trained to kill her in the past and he had a psychological hold on her. She's overcome her past.

Cassie is THE best Earth dwelling melee fighfer in the DCU. She has a record on SHIVA, who would stomp Pete and Steve.

Elektra often beats Wolverine and Daredevil. She has also one shotted Taskmaster.

Spider-man wins.
