As for Spiderman running at 220 mph- you know bullets are nearly 700 mph? If Spiderman is really as slow as 220 mph, and Batman can weave in and out of gunfire, how is Spiderman going to be capable of hitting him?

Batman has similar feats and he's pretty fast too

Anyways batman aim dodges, he doesn't dodge bullets in mid flight

And while those are agile feats for a human, Spidey could do that toooooo easily.

The problem with your feats is that they have no reference of time; the time Spiderman spends to jump around is up to the imagination of the reader. At least with the Elektra feat, there's gunfire as reference to how fast she really is

Spidey knocks Cass's head off and then easily beats Elektra and in Bat's too and before he can pull something from his utility belt he gets webbed to oblivion. If Wolverine cant get out of Spideys webbing Batman can't.

Neither of those skanks are even CLOSE to Cap's skills.

Cap is physically superior to ANY and EVERY non-super-human human. Including Bat-Bruce. And Cap is a better fighter than damn near anyone. I'd say his only true rival in that area is Bat-Bruce. And ONLY Bat-Bruce, even if some other dude has proven to contend with Bat-Bruce.

Spider-Man dodges Uzi gunfire, something that Cap does as well mind you. SM could see any of their attacks coming a mile away. And of course, SM holds back against normal humans. It's not just that it's a known fact, but it's logical as well. Since even a normal human can potentially one-hit-kill another human, a guy that can lift cars most certainly must hold back.

Cap or Spidey solo the sluts. The other guy gets a hotel room ready to take the sluts to after they assert their dominance in a strictly one-sided fight.

Okay, that's better but there's dozens upon dozens of Batman scans that are just as fast as that!

My original point was, Spiderman is not 20 times faster than Batman (or Cain). All four of these superheroes are incredibly fast and the real deciding factor here imo is Spiderman's insane strength. But if Elektra could really pull the TP thing off then I guess its up in the air.
