Palanfirith yells in elvish(so the normal humans would not understand) "the lines will fall!we need to save the princess while we still have the chance.the orcs are on foot.maybe we(the fellowship) could geather at the caravan(it has horses i think) and try to evade with it and get far from the orcs.what do you think ?"
FINALLY you hit the Chiorc, Talin, as your axe gashes along its arm as it does not quite get out of your way in time. Angrily it swings back at you. You have little protection as the ball swings into your side again, stunning you and leaving you oin your side as more bones break. The Chiorc breathes heavily for a few moments, and moves in to finish you off.
Palanfirith, a quick look at the situation tells you this caravan will go nowhere. Orcs block its escape route on the roads and off-road it won't get far.
BTW, I hate to be really literal, but is that Quenya (language of the first Elves often used by the Noldor (and once banned by the Sindar)) or Sindarin you are speaking? Only Finuvien, as a Silvan, will find complicated Quenyan instructions hard to understand. On the other hand, it is possible for some humans (especially from a Dunadain kingdom) to know Sindarin.
An orc spears a human and jumps through the lines, grabbing the caravan door.
Well, mou to you too, Finuvien! Sure you can cast it; what's your plan with it?
Hmm... could do! Choice is all yours.
Afraid not William- other side! Else the orc might have killed you in passing. BTW, that wound hurts!
As do yours, Talin. You blearily struggle to your feet, your rib fractures tearing at you. The Chiroc moves to cave in your skull, and then stops and gives out a great cry as your companion crawls forwards and stabs his broken sword into the Chiorc's leg.
It's a hopeless battle, Vardalain. Your comrades atop the caravan have jumped down or are dead. You are driven away by a volley of javelins aimed specifically at you, one of which goes through your foot, almost nailing you to the top.
Talin, you are just too slow to fight this guy with your broken body. The Chiorc dodges your blow angrily and brings his weapon around for another smash.
Anglomir, the caravan is way out of the range of your knives from where you are. Another two orcs are moving in on your left and the one that knocked you down is spearing at you again.
William, you shoot down an orc at close range, but the damn thing keeps on fighting. Three close-by javelineers are now taking a close interest in the surviving bowmen and all three preare to throw at you.
Finuvien, you concentrate as you manipulate your art to dampen the ground...
...
...this isn't going to to a darn thing to a stone road though...
Sorry, you needed to slow the orcs on the WAY, not the ones already there.
Another two humans around the middle are speared down. The orc on the caravan tears the door off.
Update 4 coming tomorrow guys... think you can make that one and the one after?
