Guild Wars 2 finally starts to come to life

Oh, btw, i saw the warrior with the casting ability in the 10 oclock demo, looked like a defensive buff it was a shield with a ghostly aura infront of the warrior - well infront of the warriors as there were about 5 of them with it.

I always miss the demos - every morning when I get up there's a flurry of updates of the "see the next demo at this time!" sort. Damn timezones.

Keeping up with GW2 updates is pretty much the only thing I use twitter for, though 😛

Everything just looks amazing, though. And the best in show really isn't at all surprising but still, awesome.

A small re-modelling job on Serenity Temple, too...

Haha, yes, I recognized the giant Searing crystal immediately (that's how I knew it was that specific area). Seeing that area with plants is...oddly jarring and eerie.

And yes, Serenity Temple's a bit of a mess. I didn't realize it was within the Dragonbrand now, though thinking about it, it is far enough to the east that it could be.

Serenity Temple is the worst named place in the world, having been hit in turn by the Searing, the Foefire and the Dragonbrand.

I bet some really minor priest there pissed off one of the gods like...five hundred years ago...and that's why everything bad seems to happen there 😛

Well, it's been one year since I opened this thread! And... well, nearly all the info has come in the last month and we still have no idea on a beta start up, let alone a game release date. Some people are floating November '11 as a date. Hmm.
