IMO Impediment needs to clarify this. Does McClane actually see Batman first ? Or is he just listing it first? How far apart are they when they see each other? And quite frankly, Batman would have to be literally “blind as a bat” to not see a man aiming a gun at his head ready to fire when the latter isn’t AT LEAST undercover or something.

And you think Batman is just going to stand there with a stupid look on his face while McClane gets to gun him down? No, judging by the way he disappears mid-conversation with Gordon, Batman’s stealth and agility should not be underestimated. Of course McClane is going to shoot as soon as he sees, but that doesn't mean Batman won't dodge as soon as he sees.

If the thread is as it states in the OP, then it is one sided for McClane.
No way Mac hesitates when he sees Batman. He is gonna assume Batman is a terrorist, and unload an entire clip of hot lead before Batman can duck for cover.

They "see" each other. This implies Batman is standing in the open. Mac aint gonna ask questions, he is gonna unleash a full clip of 9mm auto fire on him.
Batman has never, not once, faced a gunman even close to McClane's skill.
