McClane places his hands behind his head, says "OK man, I give up!!!"
Batman relaxes, seeing no weapon on McClane. He slows to a walk, pulling his Batcuffs from his utility belt, set to apprehend McClane.
The camera angle shifts to behind McClane. In the background we hear music, sleigh bells ringing. We see a Beretta 9mm taped between McClane's shoulder blades......Batman gets a few feet away, and................
McClane grabs the Beretta, shoots Bat in the head, twirls the Beretta, and says.............
