No matter how you twist this around, Batman dies.

Another thing, the Batsuit will not stop a "straight impact shot", surely one of the 30 bullets will be a straight impact shot. Think about it. Also, if McClane has some knowledge of Batman (up to Impediment), he is gonna know this.

I beleive the McClane counter to this would have to be borrowed from Robocop script somewhat, when McClane would say to Batman something like:

Err- well technically I said even if. The prime argument is not that batman spins the bullets away. It's that the Batsuit is capable of defending against bullets, allowing Batman the necessary protection to RUN.

3. I've already pointed out that McClane, quite clearly falls for the possum death. We have to go by movie feats. If bat falls, McClane will think he's dead, just like he thought the other dude was dead. Why would McClane think that someone was bullet-proof? He wouldn't. Only Riggs would assume that based off of his fight with flamethrower tin-man guy. (Another reason why riggs>McCLane.)

4. Batman fought against an entire armed gang, some with automatics. Entire armed gang, at once >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> McClane. McClane took out the peeps in the building, 1 at a time, separate from each other. He simply is not even remotely skilled enough to take out a dozen+ at once. 😐
