I totally agree the Batman we see in Begins would have the edge over McClane. However Bale Batman seemed to lose his ninja skills, gadgets & cape-gliding abilities in the further 2 movies.

McClane would destroy the Batman versions in TDK &TDKR.

McClane stands virtually no chance to beat any of the Nolan Batmans. Definately not in HTH, and very probably not from range either. Batman is a level, or even two, about John.
