Actually u are placing far too much emphasis on the talking while that had little to do with it. Surfers BLAST is what took BRBs attention of the board not the talking. BRB had to use stormbreaker to block surfers blast from the front and it was while he was doing this that the board rammed him from behind.
Further when BRB knocked surfer of his board all he said was "what is there to talk about". Its not like he stopped fighting and then started lecturing surfer. Further we dont even see if BRB is actually moving while saying that as we only see his eyes. Regardless there is no way that incident had any bearings on the fight as BRB wouldnt have even been able to mount any significant offence during that period as surfer attacked him back almost immediately.

i see supes/thor pretty much a wash with thor at a slight advantage. ss seems to have a slightly bigger edge over hal. plus the amping ss could so for supes. OR hal has a slight egde over kal, and thor has a slight edge over ss.

yeah, it's possible. just not quite as likely, imo. and there is the magic+lantern ring energy issue. the ring has SOME feats as regards magic, but many instances that show it's not effective where magic is concerned as well. ss amping supes is more of a sure thing imo.

You base that off NOTHING. There is no reason why Surfer is more likely to amp Superman than Hal is to amp Thor or himself.

meh, ss has shared his power several times. hal, not so many. and he's not gonna be able to amp mjollnir, which is thor's big advantage anyway. he may help shield him, but for actually increasing his stats? not likely at all imo.

this is the whole point BRB knock surfer off his board and instead of following up he decided to hover and talk "PIS" However surfer decided ato jumped on BRB right after he hit him with the board. The PIS part is both guys didn't want to fight each other when BRB gained the upperhand he choice not to do anything. "which in a forum fight would not happened" Surfer capitalised on him. Bill we never seen when BRB dropped his hammer we saw him get hit by surfer then the next seen being blasted by him. off-panel BRB let go of stormbreaker in that time he could of just absorb the blast
