The pencil scene notwithstanding, why is anyone entertaining the idea that Elena could just kill Rebekah? Why did Stefan neglect to mention during his speech to Elena the fact that Rebekah [should] effortlessly annihilate vamp!Elena in 99 out of 100 confrontations by virtue of being miles and miles and miles and miles and miles beyond her?

Between this and the nerfing of Kol and Finn last season, I'm underwhelmed.

Point proven again. When Rebecca realizes Klaus is going to dagger her, she speeds away, only for Stefan to intercept.

1. She should be much faster than him.

2. She could've *****-slapped him through a few walls/ran through him and continued to escape instead of having a "oh shit" moment.

I actually like this show. Elena being a vamp now makes it a little bit better. Now we get to see a even wilder side of her because of her high motions. Can't wait until tonight.

Meh, Stefan should've called Damon's bluff. No way he was going to pull his heart out.

The fact that no one, not even Caroline, has bluntly explained to Elena the extent and nature of her whorish ways is disturbing, as are the flimsy excuses she provides for yanking these guys around on a chain.

My girlfriend watches this show and I've never been gladder that I don't have a brother.

I thought Jeremy going crazy was the best part of the episode, they are finally finding a use for him.

Him owning Stefan was great.

Hopefully they can turn Jeremy into a badass like Connor. If only they can do the same for Matt.

I've given up hope for Matt.

Jeremy had a few scenes of being a badass before, like him owning the hybrid. I can't think of anything Matt has done.

Matt is just another used toy tossed aside. They eff'ed his brain right up, now he is a perpetual omega.

I've never been a fan of Jeremy, but he'd get in my good books if he stabs Elena a few more times.

This show is mostly written by women right?

This show has gotten so boring and repetitive. There's always some kind of dance, they never go to school, they all date each other, and they just argue back and forth with the "bad guys". And gawd and Elena is the most irritating, stupid, fuglyish character ever written. Some one please kill her and bring back Kat.
