Reasons or any input?

Just think he's done better against top tier enemies than Kyle has. Sinestro, Mongul, Henshaw, and so on.

I also believe Hal has he edge in both willpower and experience.

After a tough fight I would give it to Hal

Well I would keep that issue in perspective.

It’s the return of Hal Jordan, its not like the writers did not cater the plot to make Hal look good. Respectively Kyle as a rookie was doing with Hals encounters as Parallax.

I seem to recall Guy doing pretty well when he knocked out Martian Manhunter and the rest of those leage fellows. Or John Stewart when took out Superman. Kyle had plenty of experience when he fought Sinestro there, and he was Ion.

Well you mention “Green Lantern: Rebirth“, not Green Lantern: Sinestro Corp Special. Now what you have to keep in mind in that particular moment, the Death of Kyle’ mother greatly effected him. It threw off track his focus and concentration. I figured that plot insertion would be easy to point out, as the root cause to his low showing.

Looking back, Rookie Kyle fared extremely well against Sinestro in GL v3 #100.

well if its showings everyone is gona base the best Hal has 20 for ever 1 Kyle has so big whoop. Now if we are talking grand scale of ownage of not Paralax/Ion/etc...but simple GL versions what do we have to work with?

Id, who do you think has the better feats? Counting Pre-Crisis, because it seems those are cannon.
