That's nothing like Secret Invasion. SI ended with a load of heroes and villains fighting a load of skrulls. It was just a massive brawl.....

As for MM, well he was a surprise in Dark Avengers, he was an unknown threat to Osborn and the Dark Avengers, hiding away in central America. Whereas the secret weapon has been available to Norman since the beginning of Dark Reign, when he first gathered the Cabal.
Regarding who it really is; I just don't know. Marvelman? Some unknown A-lister from years back? The real Scarlet Witch?

It isn't either of those, X-Man didn't exist in SI: Dark Reign, Weapon Omega wasn't even on Normans radar yet.
And it's not Wanda for obvious reasons. Emma was there and would have said something by now to Scott. And now we know it's not the Sentry/Void.

Upon Osborn discovering that it was a Doombot and talking trash to it, Doom says that next time he won't be as forgiving on Osborn or HIS SON. If you didn't take that to mean that the weapon is Harry Osborn in some form, then you're oblivious
However, it was enough of a small comment that they could go another way. I definitely think that's what they were aiming for, though.

But in any case... I'm just wondering... Osborn used the U-Foes to engage Volstagg in Chicago... and now he's using them in Asgard? Did nobody see the U-Foes in Chicago? Also... Loki and Osborn's conversation suggested that the U-Foes were part of Hood's gang. But I'm pretty sure they were part of the Initiative...
