Osborn used the U-Foes to engage Volstagg in Chicago... and now he's using them in Asgard? Did nobody see the U-Foes in Chicago? Also... Loki and Osborn's conversation suggested that the U-Foes were part of Hood's gang. But I'm pretty sure they were part of the Initiative...
The Hood's gang and the Initiative are, currently, more or less one and the same, except for a few high profile guys like the Wrecking Crew. The Hood's in charge of Camp Hammond.
I was wondering about the U-Foes also. Maybe he just expects the general public to not realize who they are?

I guess writer mistake...
Sooo, who does everyone reckon will die next issue?
Ima guess Ares (not happy about it though), as he is likely to turn against Osborn, and he's a character which has basically exclusively been used by Bendis the past few years, so Bendis would more likely be allowed to kill Ares off than villains such as Bullseye or Venom...

Hopefully Ares doesn't die. Then we'd have to go through the whole resurrection storyline and those have been done to death.
Siege #2 Preview: Ares Vs Balder! Looks like Ares' in for whooping!

He should of saw this coming along time ago 😛I'm hoping there is reason why Heimdall's couldn't forecast these events/see...
In the missing backpage it had Ares saying they needed to take out Heimdal's tower straight away otherwise they would know they were coming.
And Heimdall didn't know beforehand because he wouldn't perceive anything in the mortal world as a threat, so wouldn't go 'looking' around.

That sounds like a weak excuse.
Not really, it's pretty well established that the Asgardians didn't think the human's could hurt them (Shown by Balder also in Siege), so there would be no reason for Heimdall to look into Avengers Tower and learn what they were planning...

He does not have to look STRAIGHT at them to notice something 😐
but this seems pointless to discuss with you seeing as how it about gods and all............

It's pointless because they naturally view them as enemies....Heimdall has already proven that he's keeping tabs on possible human enemies in the reigning, he already spotted a stealth fighter flying a couple of miles near Asgard and shot it down with a bow and arrow....
Loki's been manipulating Heimdall's vision so he couldn't see. It was all part of Loki's plan. EASIEST EXPLANATION EVAH!
