His first apearance he KO wendigo same Wendigo that stalemated Hulk. Then one of his first cross over he stalemated namor who stated he could not have done so if wolverine had not been mind controlled or some such. Then in one of his first to mini's he stomp on tiger shark (Namor villain) and he killed Ba'al ect. Since then he consistently handled bricks like beating thing, Koing grey Hulk ect.

Please show some scans to back up your claims. He has stood toe-to-toe with Thor and Hercules despite being considerably weaker then both of them. So show some actual scans of his poor combat skills.

I mean we know how skilled Wolverine is he trained with uber tier fighters like Ogun. He been trained by numerous masters in numerous styles. He display skills in pressure points to the point he was able to drop thing level being by finding his weak point in his body with just his hands. He had hydra agents believeing he was capt with just a trash can lid. He beating DD in 5 pannels on skill a lone, he given capt a blod clot, he beat shang-chi in 5 pannels on skill a lone, choked out pucky in 3 pannels ect.
also he not techinically more experienced then Wolverine, but I just leave that part alone, dont need your head exploding in anger and denial.

He also took a hit from Neutron, then pinned him and had him dead to rights. That was before the 1st appearance/strong hint about his healing factor.

I think and know wolverien faster, better reflexes, more skilled fighter and more agile. I also know he can wistand more shots from Ares then Ares can wistand stabs from Wolverine. Thats why I think wolverine wins, he be landing more shots and doing more damage to more vital area's.
