This is wrong unless one punches like a sissy.
If you have the punching technique down pat, the power behind a punch does more damage if you can lift more.
For example, how about an upper cut from a person who can shoulder press 3 plates and compare it to an uppercut from a person who can barely shoulder press 145.
How about the force behind a punch from a person benching 3 plates and compare it with a person with 145lbs?
Let's say equal punching technique, who would you rather take a free shot on the face from?
I wouldn't want to be punched by a person whose arms are as strong as a normal persons legs.
Ever see somebody get kicked by a horse? that's all because of power and strength.
A bear and a lion can swipe the head of a normal person with a single blow.
There is just so much technique can get you, the rest comes from strength and speed (both which give superman the advantage).
