No, Superman with the Mjolnir>Superman without the Mjolnir according to the Crossover. That does not mean that Thor's overall power when combined with the Odin Force matches Superman's only that Superman is stronger with the Odin Force than without.

The power granted by Mjolnir doesn't stack, otherwise BRB would have been twice as strong when he lifted it.
