USH'S STAR WARS GAME- DARK SIDE INTERLUDE- 'Day of Choice'

The landslide is large- it is going over much of the course. It is larger than anyone who intedned to start it meant it to be, for reasons I have already indicated to the relevant people.

So anyone standing in the way simply dies. Survival is a matter of finding somewhere to hide or getitng the heck out of dodge.

It will end soon though.

Alright... Galder has a plan...

Well, rather a lot has happened behind the scenes, and I believe circumstances have changed greatly as a result!

The rockfall has caused this portion of the race to be abandoned. It's a free for all to find some way ointo the final section and sprrnt for the line! Basically, whoever gets onto the final section now is going to finish before those who don't, so that has become the effective finish line.

First onto that section- somewhat mysteriously- Torvus and the Loner that Gallador bet on. Unless someone intervenes on their final stretch, they are home and clear. You can;t tell where most of the others are, due to the rockslide. Well, Tannek is dead, several of you saw that.

The Galder/Xavier meeting up top is now attended by Gallador omn his skiff, who has picked his way rather skillfully amongst the rocks and driven over to you guys.

"THERE you are!" Galder says to Gallador as the dark-cloaked elfin figure arrives on the cargo skiff.

How many can fit on the skiff, Ush? Or how many Epireans, to be more precise...

Five (for a total of six)

Galder will point Gallador to the group of Fighters, asking him to take five of them with him.

"There, Trogan, I can get five of your guys to the finish for sure," Galder says. "Think you and the other three can manage?"

The best deal he can get- he asks for (and gets) three others to volunteer to do it on foot.

"That's the ticket," Galder says. "Come on then, what are we waiting for? Let's move!"

Galder is going to start his way down to the finish, staying near Trogan and his men so that if anyone tries to mess with them, Galder will beat them senseless.

Next out is the loincloth guy. You have no idea if he has any other talents, but he is pretty damn fit.

We'll see if he does in the next round, methinks. Looks like brute muscle.

How's Trogan doing?

Hmm, so are they getting on my skiff, or not? Gallador also wants to take the blue nosed Epirean on his skiff.

"I have some advice for you." He speaks to Trogan.

"Ability to sacrifice your followers is necessary trait for a leader."

"Maybe for you but for us it is a waste," Xavier replies to Gallador.

Ush is Trogan doing ok right now if he is and there is nothing else Xavier can do he will go and try and help Gorag.

Galder is suspicious of why Xavier was invested in Trogan, but ignores it.

"You're taking my guys and my guys only," Galder says. "Your guy got away to the finish line, I'm sure Rand is helping his blue-skinned freak."

Could you remind me Ush, the first twenty to get to the end are let to live?

Yup!

It's hard to tell what is going on down the slope- too must dust and debris from the rockfall. The blue faced guy is nowhere in sight.

And yes, some are getting on.

Okay, Gallador will help as requested with Trogan's men, then return to his favorites.

Galder will get to running with Trogan.

Ok, our various shenanigans are done, Bluey is the next guy out, but more treickle along as time goes by.

With twenty making the cut, twenty must go. Condemend to doom are 8 loners and 8 wimps... though there seem to be four missing.

Do the missing ones count as being offed? That would keave the other twenty all successfully completed, except for Tannek who is a tad on the dead side.
