1. See above. If we're going to go with obscure and rarely used powers, Diana has teleportation feats too you know.
2. Aegis bracers > his durability.
3. Lasso = insta win. Tiara still cuts through everything. Bracers are impenetrable. No omni-blasts are hitting her. No bullets are hitting her. His best bet is to go h2h with here and... she's got a the feats he doesn't have.

It is true. Supergirl is just as powerful as Power girl or Supes himself.
No way in hell is Diana going to restrain her that easy. SG had trained with Artemis.
She has only one definite FTL speed. Apoc was fighting a bunch of other heroes when he inreased the size of hes fist to hit a speeding QS without even moving. With that said im done arguing speed.
Teleportation>Speed.
