There's the real reason... which is that Wolverine's offensive weaponry has to be written down to make interesting melee fights that would/should consist of his opponents losing entire limbs as is what happens when he fights fodder, robots and Deadpool.....
Most people grasp this concept which is why most of us think that forum fights can be drastically different than in comic fights with him... same as Spidey and his web spamming which is an option in forum fights and something he would use if he needed it.
Then there's the written reason which is a strange companionship that Wolverine shares with Creed in spite of everything between them.....
Of course that's only assuming that it does happen with Creed... which in an overwhelming majority of their fights... it does not.

Wolverine asked Blade if he had a healing factor, and then he raked Blade's cheek with his claws. Either Wolverine was merely testing Blade's ability to heal... or Wolverine was indenting to murder a superhero operating in an official capacity as a law enforcement personal under direct orders from SHIELD. Uh he isn't "clearly shown moving his head." The panel where his check is slashed, is 3/4 perspective shot of his static head from a low (relative to the subject matter) eye level. There is no indication of movement at all, and even if there was... well that is generally what happens when someone takes a hit.
Blade told Wolverine was there because SHIELD wanted to have a talk with him. Wolverine doesn't kill heroes fallowing the letter of the law and bringing him in on a legal mandate...
Wolverine couldn't care less about getting stabbed. It's a fair bet he let Blade stab him to disarm him in the first place.

You're willing to accept that Wolverine let Blade stab him to disarm Blade, However unwilling to accept that Blade let Wolverine tackle him in order to use the vampire blood? double standards.
