I'm referring to exotic attacks not considering standard blasts or energy bursts. Surfer turning a cat man into atoms is not impressive. Superman can do the same with his HV if he killed.
Finally, what is instant to a human is not to Superman. An attack that takes a second to employ (an instant to a human) is years to Superman. When I say it takes time for Surfer to do anything exotic, I'm talking about at least a few seconds. This is astronomical amount of time for Superman. Surfer must do things within a nanosecond in order for Superman to not see it very slowly.

Prove that it would take a couple of seconds to use any of his fancy moves. Throw up a shield, phase, turn Superman clothing into adamantium. Show me something backing up these claims that it would take Surfer longer to do use his exotic powers. I want you to show me scans.
