Here's a feat from Age of Ultron #10, Thor easily breaks MODOK's forcefield, which can withstand the force of a nuclear... something-or-other (he didn't get to finish his sentence):

ODG pointed out that that Ultron crafted his body from the Spaceknight corpse, so it likely wasn't adamantium.

Spaceknights are made of Planadium if I'm not mistaken. Whatever it is, it's tough enough to take minor to no damage from Wolverine's claws, close to unbreakable, etc.
