My point is telepathy is more risky if used in a big scope, technopathy will give you better information and power with much less risk. Real life tp would be a mess.

telekinesis - you're playing a friendly game of basketball with your friends, one of them fouls you, you get agitated and send your friend flying into a wall completely crushing his back. Your friend is now paralyzed for the rest of his life.

are we picking which one can cause the most indirect casualties?

if so i pick Magnetism and technopathy our entire society runs on power and tech,..
