If we had low power levels for each ability, then I'd opt for technopathy in either the real or comic world. Technology runs all mass and long-distance communication, transportation and knowledge stores. I think, with low power levels, technopathy would give you the most options to bend the rules.
On the other end of the spectrum, at their highest tier of power, I'd be tempted to take electromagnetism, because the implied control of light, electricity and the electromagnetic spectrum would be really, really cool... but it's hard to argue against telekinesis.

Technopathy could still be equal to the others in a comic world where all powers were at their best, if only because comic book technology is obviously ridiculous.Technology after all has no limits in fiction, and so if your technopathy is unlimited, then...
In the real world:
If I want to live indefinitely then technopathy.
If I don't care about living indefinitely then telepathy is best since you can not only have others to do what you want but you can gain any info from others you desire.
In either world:
Telekinesis is far more versatile than Magnetism if the strength of both is the same.
Mags can control metal in comics to a much higher degree than most telekinetics and control matter with. That's why he seems superior to them. Also, with magnetism one can create energy (like electricity, light, etc.) and control gravity. But I would go for tk.
In a comic world technopathy's value increases since technology is far superior. It may be possible to achieve the powers of telepathy through technopathizing the right tech in comics.
So in a comic world I would choose technopathy if I have access to some awesome technology. Otherwise I would go telepathy easily.
