Out of curiousity, how many times has Wally/Barry stolen the kinetic energy from an opponent? Scans would be awesome.

For the love of God the speed-force doesn't = all speed and KE in the DCU. Cheetah wasn't a speed-force speedster until she hooked up with Zoom, at the same time neither is Hermes.

I haven't really posted my opinion, just presenting the options on how Wally's abilities work and in both cases, in a forum match, Wally would have that option either due to the forum rules (neutral universe) or because of the ability to steal kinetic energy isn't dependent on the person being from the DCU, meaning it would work either way. Which one of these options is correct based on comics ? The latter one. Wally has control over the speed of others, being able to either lend/steal it, and there is absolutley nothing to say that if that person isn't from the DCU, it wouldn't work. Kinetic energy is kinetic energy afterall.

If anyone who can tap into the Speed Force would take on Thor in present state, they would have to create impressive levels of kinetic electricity around them while on route.
Everytime I see Flash or anyone on his wavelength run I see Electricity surrounding them.
Thor will be like a Tesslar Coil as they run in.
Mjornir would absorb that electricity and would surround Thor in enough energy to block Flash from any punch.
Giving him enough time to hit the ground and blasting the whole area with electricity.

The faster the enemy the more static electricity Thor can absorb. 😎
