iceman vs storm

I do not see why storm could not fly away and blast him. Unless it is hand to hand close combat then storm is popcicle.

Why is bobby considered to be as strong as phoenix, X-Man, Magneto and Legion when he has no feats.

He can look at you and activate absolute zero in your chest.
Plus he can't die as long as there is moisture around him.

Bobby is an elemental.

Yeah? And why has he not frozen Magneto or several other villains, and why has he been KOd by punch or simple energy weapons?

So many posts state Iceman has achieved the level that he was in AOA.
But with instant regen and mist form.
The Magneto Vs Iceman thread held a pretty firm grip on Mags winning.
I believe Bobby as always is an underachiever that stumbles upon his advancements.
But still Bobby's current level >>>> Storm's abilities.

Storm dies. She can't hurt bobby but he can throw ice spikes threw her chest ftw

Bobby, as a character (and in terms of a Forum battle), is one often plagued by CIS. In applied concept, he should win a solid majority, edging on stomp, but in a *comic* setting, his CIS will be his Achilles' Heel...

So I'll amend my earlier verdict: Conventional Forum Fight - Bobby 8+/-/10; with CIS in effect on *his* part: 3/10; with CIS on *both* sides (Storm is generally not as affected by CIS as Bobby is) a conceptual tie.

Storm can bfr him to space with a wind vortex vacuum.

More accurately CIS, for Bobby not creating a massive ice sheet-field/over-all temperature-air zone, which would make Storm's use of such a tactic very difficult, if not impossible.

I can not think of a way Storm can beat Bobby.
Even if it was a crazy plot.
Bobby's weakness to me is space....or a character who can remove all moisture in the surrounding air.
And although Storm seems like the character who can do it......she can't.
Moisture is an intergral part of her abilities.

it's somewhat plausible though: storm could summon high winds blowing iceman away from her constantly while she hits him with lightning over and over again. none of his attacks would be able to get to her while her lightning would be unaffected by the winds.

storm is also capable of making the surrounding area arid like a desert by using up most of the available ambient moisture for an intense summon.

Iceman freezes Storm's water molecules. Storm loses. Even if Storm gets the first attack, Iceman can still reform from Storm's own molecules or any other place that has water.
