Ok, your PI gets on the case, Tilulla! He doesn't take long- Xeth was involved in a great battle against a pirate clan at the planet Agalania (in co-operation with the Jedi), but something went spectacularly amiss- it's unclear what, as the pirates are in custody.
What he does know is that the Bureau of Immigration and Undesirables- one of those new bureaucratic bodies established since Palpatine became Chancellor- has been hitting every law enforcement agency on just about every world in the galaxy trying to get a visual on a wanted criminal- and the 'last seen' note on the dispatch is Agalania.
That dispatch has now stopped, which Mineh guesses means that the Bureau got a firm lead so they didn't need to send out galaxy-wide any more. But if Xeth and co still haven't turned up, it can't be them that have sorted it. He reckons the Council are anxious about this case; maybe if you offered to help...
