(Its Iffa, Mith's Character. So you should probably go.)

Indeed, Tilulla, it's a player; his name is Iffa Na'Worru.

Iffa, you are talking to the local security- mostly human. They are not being greatfully helpful; they tell you that the footage the Bureau seems concerned about was footage from the liner she was on, not their own footage.

Any movement at the library?

Lol, well there's no other major plotline to go after just yet, so I was going either way, just needed to know what I was getting into.
But yes, I'm happy to work with Iffa. How soon can we procure transport? I should have some credits from Xeth's own pocket from my (I hope) impending success in Rexx's campaign for me. Or is that not how this works?
And I'm not talking to the Council, am I? Pity. And can Trorn patch the details of Iffa's location and persona into my R2 unit? It will help to know who, what, and where we're supposed to look for.
Iffa is heading to the planet Mebark-that's a major transport hub, on the border between the inner and outer worlds. Easy and cheap to get passage there.
You'll have his details, and Iffa will be told you are coming.

Iffa- the security update you received was sourced from this 'Bureau of Immigration and Undesirablles'; a body set up by the Chancellor to track 'undesirables' (i.e. criminals) between worlds- other than the Jedi, who are undermanned, there has historically been no state system co-ordinating law enforcement between worlds; it's all left up to the worlds themselves, which is difficult when criminals move from system to system. The Bureau is Palpatine's step in filling that void by at least providing a mechanism for details to be shared and organised. It was their security procedures, it seems, that located Kara.
