Let's go somewhere to talk, first off. Tilulla, and me personally, will need caught up. I've been trying to follow your storyline since I joined, but I feel as though there's more than I've seen.
"OK," says Iffa as they take a seat at the Mebark Cantina, "I've only just arrived myself. We're here to investigate the wearabouts of a female named Kara Katai. She has numerous piercings and tattoos, So is quite distinctive, and has a good command of the force, insofar as she can manipulate it to walk on Walls and defy gravity. She is high dangerous, and we are not to engage without support." He pauses, thoughtfully stroking his beard.
"However,"'Iffa continues, sipping his drink, "we must be prepared for every eventuality. First of course we have to locate her - to that end I have been trying to get shuttle lists from the locals. The liner she came on has since left. But we also need to ensure we go in ready. So my thoughts have settled on a plan."
"What we need are nets...."
"Can't engage her without support?" I motion to the bartender to order a drink. "Something strong with fruit in it, please."
"I thought we were the support? This Jedi can't be so dangerous that 3 of us can't take her down."
Also, Iffa, character sheet, physical appearance, etc.? I like to know as much as I can.

Intimidation doesn't have to be beating someone up. "Ok, but you are the one who is going to have to explain to my Mistress why we weren't able to get the research she wanted" is Intimidation.
The library is of wood and brass. It is laid into great rows of bookshelves, but indeed no books. Instead, there are many brass cylinders laid into the shelves, like ancient scroll cases. The cylinders need to be removed and fed into a data reader. It's quite archaic- the technology is old, and it seems they never update it here.
This gives you rather a lot to look for. What actually is the plan?

Just the two of you on Mebark then!
Nets are hard to use against someone who can use the Force.
There is a time factor on Mebark. There's nothing on Mebark she could possibly want- she steals stuff from ancient sites- but Mebark's main use is as a transport hub; she could get a ship here to any number of places. You'll need to trace where she is heading before it all goes boom.
I shall assume all move east at the prison.

We will have to look for a terminal, perhaps that will give us an idea on where to start looking... though that reference card dealie makes me think it will be a lot harder then that.
Ush said the Gallagher was needed here, perhaps he could 'sense' the right direction we should be looking in.
Are there signs labeling not only the sections of the library but also the brass cylinders?
