(Well, doesn't THAT sound like a dangerous question to answer? Andro loves danger...)
"Senator," Andro begins, his tone as sweet and artificially subservient as he can make it. "Unfortunately, the leader of our expedition here is indisposed. I will personally inform his of your request and escort him to you at the first opportunity."
(Unfortunately, Andro is no liar. Not sure who I could uthfully designate someone. Gallagher, I suppose... Let me try this.)
"Your Honor, we do not operate that way. Unless there is a vested Master among us (Andro makes sure to not glance at Vera here, he hopes she understands.) we are all equals. We are all Knights. Roan holds non type of rank over us save for his position as team leader. Therefore, you can be confident that you are speaking to someone who can hear your concerns and take them to Roan"
(My career in customer service is lending a bit of a hand here. Also, irl, I just love poking arrogant people.)
Actually the second most senior Jedi to Roan is Jelena. Sadly, neither of them are here to handle Nebb.
"The Senator does not want his concerns passed on by some mere messenger boy! Why has no-one in authority been left to supervise him? The Senator is strongly considering filing a motion in the Senate about this matter!"
-
Jelena- no you cannot contact anyone. You and Roan are the ones on the spot.
Jelena will confer with Roan and their Padawans, then.
"There is something not right about this," Jelena says. "Vodon is hell-bent on initiating war with the Republic if we do not return the Senator. As much as I... dislike Senator Nebb, we can't simply hand him over. But it certainly would prevent any unnecessary bloodshed.
"Do we think there's an ulterior motive here?"

Vera-Kin purses her lips. She is not sure if asking what Nebb means by that is wise.Could he actually accomplish anything with that threat?
Nebb is an important man and part of a significant power block; his motions in the Senate carry weight.

Essalin isn't sensing anything other than desperation from these people.
