USH'S STAR WARS GAME- CAMPAIGN II EPISODE V (LIGHT SIDE)- Harmony

Gallagher is excited by the prospect of being in Atrii history forever, but even more excited that he can view these mosaics that explain past events for years and years and years back. He will come forward and stand abreast with Roan.

"We have to use this opportunity," Gallagher tells his leader. "These mosaics can show us Ascar's last visit, why the Atrii left their cities, possibly more!"

The Atrii leader is still beckoning you- he is heading down one of the corridors.

Vera-Kin's eyes widen in surprise. Did she sense anything when the dancer performed her trick?

"Kara Katai... she came from here, didn't she," Vera-Kin says to Ascar. "Or at the very least learned here."

You sensed the Force.

But when you turn to Ascar about it after watching, he has gone.

Can Vera-Kin see where he has gone?

Did Denzral notice him leave?

No and no. He's pretty discrete when he chooses to be.

He can't have left the caves though; he'd have had to walk right past you, Denz.

Gallagher will gladly follow the chief now, wondering what they are to be shown. Is he still feeling anxious?

"Damn it," Vera-Kin says. "I understand Xeth's dislike for him more and more. Denzral, with me, we need to see where Ascar has gone."

If he has not left the caves, then he must have gone deeper. Vera-Kin will head in that direction.

Gallagher- yes. This is not your danger sense or the like, though. Something more... elsuive.

The chief leads you past many mosaics, before bringing you to on deeper in.

It is of the assembled Atrii in the cave, looking up towards a striking figure- unmistakably Ascar (looking more like Malcolm MacDowell in 'If...' or 'A Clockwork Orange'😉.

"Fascinating, isn't it?" says Ascar, coming into the chamber from behind Gallagher. "No sense of time- but a very strong sense of history."

-

Vera- you are confronted with a maze of twisting passageways, all alike.

Could Intuition help Vera-Kin navigate to a limited degree? I'm guessing our comms do not work in the caverns. If they do, Vera-Kin will alert everyone that Ascar has disappeared on her.

(Meaning Gallagher can feel free to just call her back and tell her that Ascar popped up with him)

I think the comms work ok, though right now your ears don't. You can try and feel a way through.

Vera-Kin will move into the tunnels and feel her way about them, then. Once she is far enough away from the drums, she will send out her message that Ascar is eluding her.

Hmmm, if Jelena can get a basic understanding of the language down perhaps we can find some story tellers at this party. I'm sure we can get some history or information from them, even without a sense of time.

I want to do observation rolls to check out the other mosaics. I think the others can handle the situation now that Ascar is here, but I hope that some mosaics might show more about the culture, their history and perhaps the mysterious warrior is shown here...

Most of the others you see seem to be surprisingly non-descript, Jovan. Just figures; Atrii going about their business.

Considering how many there are we'd probably need to ask for something specific to narrow it down. Asking about mosaics depicting disaster, a great change or times of great strife might help find out about the cities or maybe even asking about any mosaics depicting Kara Katai.

(Phew! Had some house trouble that have really kept me pre-occupied for a while and not online here much. Sorry 'bout that. Should be good now, I hope.)

(Andro will be watching the main party.)

Andro shakes his head at Xeth's display.
"Argo, that right there is what you call 'Setting a bad example.' NEVER porposely expose yourself to substances that dull your senses or motor skills. Xeth is having a good time, and certainly getting in our hosts' good graces, but Jedi must be aware at all times, especially on missions. If we were attacked right now, how good would Xeth be in a fight? Also, we don't know the composition and therefore the possible side-or-after effects of that stuff. Besides the fact that he had no idea if it would, or will, kill him, how long to the effects last? What if he suffers his impairments for day or even weeks instead of hours? Let this be a lesson young one."

Then he sees the anti-gravity trick Kara performed for them.

"Did you see that? She has been here! We must tell Roan as soon as he returns."

Vlad silently munches on some food, trying to explain some jokes to the Atrii. Before he completely gives up, the trick the dancer peforms leaves him full of anxiety and curiosity. He's going to try and communicate with that dancer, using sign language to ask her how she accomplished that acrobatic trick.

Vlad is giving things a go! Do Wentar or Jelena want to help him?
