"Please don't do that. I prefer to take my future unknown"

Let's check your Persuasion, Xavier!

...

No, you can't.

"Then you should take your chances whilst you can," she says.

She asks, of both of you, what made you the way you are.

"Unfortunate choices." Con simply replies, he wonders if she is really interested, he'd like to talk to her more, but explaining the way he is doesn't seem like a 5 minute conversation. "I would gladly tell you my story, but it seems you have to leave."

Xavier lets out a sigh, "My decision to go for glory and to prove myself."

"I know I haven't done very well but may I ask what made you the way you are?"

She looks at you both, slightly distantly.

"My world was torn to pieces by a war. A war of fear and close-mindedness. I saw my childhood friends die. I was only a child myself. I sided with the future. That's why I am here now."

"I have been in wars, I have seen the horror it can bring. I suppose some of them have shaped me as well."

"Not like this war," she says. "Still- there is no value in dwelling on the past."

"And yet you want to know about ours?"

Xavier thinks back to his early days at the Jedi Temple. After killing his Master the pain he felt for doing it almost killing himself but his dark half not letting him.

Xavier looks to her, "Loss is hard and the past can be painful. Were there any bright spots for you to hold unto?"

"Talking about your past and dwelling on it are two different things," Rianna says to Con.

"I suppose so Rianna."

She pulls out, from her robes, one of the stomnes she uses for casting and stares at it intently.

"Always the future?"

"Where did you get those from?"

"Being able to see the future...must certainly be a useful power..." Rianna says, glancing at the stone. "Must also be difficult to do well."

She flicks it towards you for one of you to catch.

Xavier reaches out and grabs it. Then opens it in his hand and looks at it.

Con says "I think I understand"

"You should know when to use it," she says, turning away.

Xavier looks up to her, "Thank you and may the future be good to you."
