USH'S STAR WARS GAME- CAMPAIGN II EPISODE V (DARK SIDE)- The Prisoner of Datura

"I told you we shouldn't trust Kai," Rianna snaps at Rand. "Will you ever listen to me? I don't have visions often but when I do, they tend to be rather straightforward and accurate!"

"And yes, I believe we are," she replies to Kayda. "I had a vision saying that we must pass through Black, and that some 'treasure' we find up here on Red will help us get through Blue and also help on Black. Though it also says that our path ends there."

"Generally speaking," says Kayda, "when people do really stupid things because visions in their head told them to, people call them crazy. Still, what do I know? All I can tell you is, if you go down to black just like that, you'll be dead."

Rah looks around thoughtfully, then follows Galder out to where Kuylens stuff has been stored. As they walk he says "We'll probably need rope and any kind of climbing gear we can find, also if we have some kind of strapping with us, we can cut up the used gas cylinders to make improvised armour as we travel"

Rope is a bloody good idea; well done.

We should also make improvised torches. I have a feeling it is dark down there and we don't want to count on our Force senses entirely.

This is true, but batteries for torches are hard to come by.

Xavier still being supported by Gallador asks, "Would you happen to know where Kuylen's forge was where he made the swords?. Also what is that machine that is making all the noise?"

The machine making the noise has been answered (it's the air processor).

They recycled the forge shortly after Kuylen left. It takes days to do anything with it anyway.

whoops must have missed that part while I was reading through the last couple of pages.

Well Xavier definitely needs to get bandaged up right now 😛

Also we still have to work on an escape plan out of the Prison right Ush?

Could the processor possibly used as a way out?

Nope; it is never wider than six inches.

Well, Galder wants to look at Kuylen's things.

"I dunno about armor," Galder says to Rah, "but rope is a fantastic idea. Maybe we can gather some oil or something to make torches. And get those cylinders restocked with air, as many as we can."

"Agreed!" Rah sets off to processor plant with the cylinders to get them filled with air. He'll improvise using fix-it to make any adjustments necessary to make it work.

Ok, let's get down to business.

Your rest here will remove ten damage from all of you. You can then apply a single use of Medicine, though with Kay'a supplies that will be at double pool cost. Xavier counts as being ten damage over his maximum (and yes, that's highly inconvenient. I did warn you about not letting anyone go down. It's possible Xavier's game is effectively over, which will also have to be reflected in xp awards- sorry, but these things have consequences).

You then all have time to work on ONE project before you leave. Searching Kuylen's stuff is a project. Making oxygen bottles is also. You may have other ideas.

Note that no-one else is coming with you.

What skill would we need for searching Kuylen's stuff? Observation? Or perhaps Jedi Lore?

Observation.

Con will do that then.

Btw, was Kuylen able to forge a sword where he could use his lightsabre skills, or is he also skilled in combat?

Only a lightsabre uses lightsabre skills.

Does it mean that we lose our followers? Boo!

Can we get our followers to help us with the oxygen canisters one last time? Mainly thinking of Orikan here.

Yup; he'll do that as a parting gift of thanks.

And yes; with respect, your followers are at Red now, which is what they wanted. 'Certain death' was not the plan.
