I highly doubted any of us expected them to follow us after getting up here.

Can Xavier you know get some healing.

He'll heal himself if he has to or is it basically useless

... very much waiting on most of you guys! I need healing sorted and what the rest of you are doing. I'll give it one more day.

I believe it helps that we won't have to heal some of our group. Do any of our followers have any skill with Medicine and can help out?

Here is everyone after 10 points of rest.

Azarl: 0 (7)
Rand: 0 (6)
Gallador: 0
Rianna: 37 (5)
Dak: 48 (5)
Relle: 37
Con: 20 (5)
Galder: 42 (5)
Rah: 51
Xavier: 70 (5)

Azarl can heal Xavier.

Rand will heal Rah.

Rianna, Dak, Con, and Galder can all heal themselves.

Xavier can heal Relle.

Azarl: 0 (7)
Rand: 0 (6)
Gallador: 0
Rianna: 27 (5)
Dak: 38 (5)
Relle: 27
Con: 10 (5)
Galder: 32 (5)
Rah: 39
Xavier: 56 (5)

As for projects, aside from Con, everyone with Fix-It should work on the gas canisters. Galder, Dak, Xavier, Rah, I'm looking at you.

Sadly only Kai had Medicine.

Rand will definitely tell Kayda to kill him when he gets the chance.

And, in response to Rianna...

"I did not trust him," Rand says. "He helped us get where we are now, and he wouldn't have if you had killed him before we attacked the door. If I really trusted him, we would have stayed in the decontamination section."

"We could have gotten up to Red without his help," Rianna snaps back at Rand.

Don't know what Rianna should do...

Well, someone needs to find the cylinders to put air into...

Xavier will work on the canisters.

Also I don't suppose we could convince Chunn to come with us where there will be a lot more fighting to be done?

None of them is going to certain death.

I suggest Rianna helps Xavier look for the cannisters and Relle helps Con with searching Kuylen`s stuff. Who else has decent Observation to help?

Gallador would like to question Almir about what may be down there in the mines, does he have any ideas?

Actually I think I'd rather help Con search for Kuylen's stuff, Relle can help Xavier 😛

We need a lot of those canisters for our group. The more people working on that, the better. Can the Force help there in any way, Ush?

Ush has made it clear to me that going to the Black DOES mean we are going to die as things stand.

Rand is going to speak more with Kayda about the Black.

"You said that going down there is certain death," Rand says, "and our followers that we're leaving with you certainly agree. WHY is it seen that way?"

Additionally, we need to talk about WHY we are going down to Black, and why Kuylen went down there. Those searching through his things need to see if they can find a reason.

"There's nothing there," says Kayda. "Just pitch black caves and no air. Let's say you manage to bring an hour's worth of air with you- which would be a miracle. That gives you an hour of stumbling around in the dark before you die.

"And that's assuming you ever get there. You have to get through blue, and that is full of thousands of carnivorous mutants. I'll tell you one thing for sure- if you fight like absolute demons, you might just get down to black. But if you then find you've made a mistake... you'll never make it back up through blue again. You can't do the miracle TWICE.

"So once you are on black... you are finished."

"So the problem, then, is that we would have no way back," Rand says. "And I am having a hard time imagining us getting through Blue. We are powerful but we are weary and wounded."

Kayda does not disagree.

"And by the way- black may have no air, but blue's is extremely thin- there's no feed to it, so it just gets what wafts in from green, which isn't much as people try to seal the entrances, and green is only getting second hand air from red. I know some people who once tried to hunt down there- they felt faint almost immediately. You try and do any strenuous activity down there and you'll pass out, and seeing as you are planning to fight through it... well. Don't plan on having all your air available for black."

Rand frowns and rubs his tendrils.

"That is an even greater problem than the trogs, then," Rand says. "What about the air processing unit? Could it somehow be made to push air down there?"

"No," says Kayda. "Air is a currency around here, and no-one gives it out for free. All the air links out of red have been physically destroyed."
