There are no unobserved entrances into the throne room itself, it being such a large, open and public area. Getting there unnoticed is Intrusion.(Note your Epireans basically make an unseen move impossible)

Talking of Intrusion- where the the sneaky people at ths point in time?
You said you were making rolls for us and then nothing else since...so I'm assuming in the palace, heading towards the throne room.
They are settled pirates; the soldiers of Rivas do have a recognisable outfit.
However, the Epireans still fairly much sink that.
Team Sneaky can be in the throne room any time they like! In which they know that... you;re doing this during the day so it is, as ever,FULl of petitioners watching Rivas hold court. There is absolutely no way at all to get to the display cases unnoticed by day.
The crowds have to sit in the galleries surrounding the area, which gives them a good view of the cases. That said, the cases are not part of the dais and raised throne where Rivas himself sits surrounded by his bodyguard so it would be possible to get close to them with good rolls and/or a distraction, but you cannot just walk up casually.
I'll accept Fix-It to try and frazzle comms from the transmitter, but it would affect you too.

Hmm... anyone have ideas for a good distraction?
How about something simple, like starting a fire on lower levels?
Hmm, frankly why we cannot simply convince the guards that they have to bring our case to someone important and end in the Throne Room anyway, close to Rivas and lightsabres?
How about this
Rah is a superb acrobat and a pretty tricky guy to catch. He also has fix-it so while you guys get in position Rah will cause a distraction by tapping in to the comms and start some of his mad singing, make it kind of ghostly with echoes. Then when they come down looking for him the rest of you strike. Rah will join you when he can!
It would be useful if we could maybe get him well stocked with some weapons from nearby guards would him
Okay, this is what Rand will pitch this idea:
We go down to the basement as instructed. While down there, hopefully we can get some privacy as we do our work. We ask for some assistance from guards just outside the basement, just two, and then quickly and quietly subdue them. Rand and Azarl could strangle them with Grip, so that it is quiet and there is no mess.
Then Rand and Gallador don their uniforms and make their way up to the throne room. If anyone stops us, we explain that we are bringing a tribute to the Emperor and that everything checks out; we've already checked the treasures inside the crates. The Epireans are slave labor helping carry the heavy crates.
If anyone more skeptical wants to check the crates too, we can Mind Trick them or Gallador can use Illusion to disguise the contents of the crate. But largely we can insist that nobody look inside, it's for the Emperor only. The uniforms should help us throw weight around.
