I'm still thinking of ideas for distractions. I thought maybe Relle could quietly kill someone in the crowd and then slip away while everyone freaks out but I think it'd be too difficult to not turn into a fight early.

Can Relle use the opportunity to take stock of how many guards the Emperor has with him? Or if S'Nar and Rogan are still here?

Actually, you may remember that fights and deaths in the crowd up top weren't THAT rare.

I'm happy to go with that plan if folks want to try it!

Sounds okay to me. It just comes down to our liars getting away with it. Specifically Gallador.

Would Rand look out of place being all squidy as he is?

A fight sounds like a good distraction.

A fight -would- be a decent distraction if it was far enough away from the case... then some of the guards would be stuck in the crowd while we reclaimed our property.

All sounds good to me!

Azarl is okay to strangle someone if you lure them, Rand. Go ahead with your plan.

What if instead of a fight, we frame someone? Maybe slip a gun from a guard and place it with some random person and bring attention to it?

Starting a fight could be simpler but Relle would prefer to dupe some other people into fighting.

A bit of good old darkside manipulation huh? I like!

Sorry for lack of activity, had a terrible weak at work in terms of being busy.

I am okay with combining team sneaky creating a distraction by provoking fights with us stealing uniforms and lying our way into the Throne Room, where we can grab the sabres using the distraction, then proceed to stick the pointy ends inside Rivas.

Ok so, someone start this fight!

No sign of S'nar or Rogan, As for the guard numbers- dozens. Including his elite staff-wielding personal guard.

Basement people- let's hear your moves.

Once they arrive in the basement, Rand will tell Azarl to slip out of one of the boxes so that he'll be ready to ambush the guards.

Rand wanders back out of the basement, looking for a pair of guards. Upon finding a suitable pair, Rand gets their attention.

"Excuse me, do you think you could help us in there?" Rand asks, gesturing back at the basement. "We're unloading some delicate equipment."

Azarl will get ready to strangulate.

How is J6 doing with being in the box?

"Do we look like labourers to you?" says one of the guards, Rand.

J6 is fine- he's been listening to dialects.

"We will pay for help" - Adds Gallador.

"Well NOW you are talking my language!" he says. "How much?"

Gallador will speak the amount which should be interesting for a guard, but not ridicoulous, since we are asking to help with unloading crates, not assasinate the Emperor.

He names three times that amount.

"Fine," Rand says. "If it means you'll help us, then we'll meet that price."

"Half up front," he says.
