Let's approach the hover-lorry, then. Stealing it or getting the guy to drive us somewhere seems like a good call right now, instead of messing with vindictive Emperor minion.

Well, the people shuffling cargo back and forth are armed but busy. The driver is relaxing in the front cabin, smoking a death stick.

Bugging the driver into getting us out of here would probably be preferable, I think...with the state we're in a quiet escape would be best.

Galder will approach the driver.

"Does the name Rya Hiroshi mean anything to you?" Galder asks gruffly.

"Who's that then?" he asks.

"A friend of ours," Galder says. "It's the name on your truck. I'm wondering if there's a connection."

"You don't strike me as the wondering kind. More of a nutjob."

Edna kicks Galder in the shins "There's a reason you're the braun and not the brains of your operation Galder!"

Edna raises her eyebrows at Rya "Fancy seeing you here! Hard at work as ever I see."

"A businessman knows when he sees an opportunity. I see your friends are as delicate as you told me they wer," he says, looking up at the billowing smoke and flame from the palace roof.

Xavier says, "We like to send messages although we may have gone a bit overboard."

"I won't argue that. The broadcast might only have been local but I reckon people will spread this one over the galaxy. Time for your moment of fame... though Mr. Starkiller here just adds to his story. Hey, can I get an autograph? Might sell for a lot one day."

Edna frowns "Hmmm yes it would seem discrete is not in their vocabulary! The interior design changes may prove to be an improvement though I guess. But seriously don't give Gald a big head - god knows it's big enough already!"

Edna chucks the item she picked up from the smashed up trophy case at Rya. "Here, take this. I grabbed it from Rivas's trophy case".

"Appreciated," he says. "Now, my escape route is for six, and IU am leaving in two minutes, so..."

"Awww come on Rya, I know you've got more space than that. They don't call you a heavy weight smuggler for your physique!"

"We did just help you get a mighty good distraction here for your business," Xavier adds.

Clearly, if he can keep six people, then after Edna for her connection we've got Rand, Gallador, Dak, Rianna, and Con who are incapacitated...

"We should separate then." Shrugs Gallador.
