"I figured as much, it's not like the Emperor can come here and tell them to knock it off. What are the big three like? Anything making these gangs unique from each other?"

"Kayda, Torwyn and Zon."

"What do you know about them?"

Meanwhile, I'm sure Almir isn't the only cool cat on the green level. We should start looking for more connections to make.

Instructions from Red are that anyone showing such powers, or associating with such people, are to be killed as soon as possible. The killers will get a free promotion to red."
