Bowser vs Cloud

What I don't get is, how can Cloud jump through a Mega Flare but get casually stabbed and shot in the same movie?

Smaller mega flare caused a big devastation on the monument and the surrounding area. The bigger one is obviously stronger.

I thought it dispersed after Cloud went through. Only thing i can think of.

You can clearly see that it doesn't, I just watched the scene.

The only thing Aerith does for Cloud in the movie is cure his Geostigma when he's in the only place her power is more present than Sephiroth's. She did nothing but motivate him when he was in the Mega flare, she did not and cannot improve his durability.

After Cloud passes through the Mega-Flare it dissolves like nothing... I don't find an exaplanation for such thing. Maybe he cut the blast or something?

Except for the part where all she did was give him her hand, she didn't do anything for his durability, just extended her hand as a sign of forgiveness and solidarity, giving Cloud the courage to limit break on bahamut, but his durability was all his own in the flare.

Except for the fact that when a bullets goes through Cloud's chest he is well enough to charge and attack his shooters seconds later, then tank a building levelling explosion in the seconds after that. Cloud is simply a beast.

Seeing as how I've actually seen both versions of the film, read the Reunion Files companion book from its creators, and played the rest of the series, whereas you've never played a main series FF game, you're hardly in a position to make claims, especially silly baseless ones suggested nowhere. Cloud tanks bullets and explosions, that's a simple fact.
