Necromancy? He succeeded in controling the dead? Not a bright thought. "Bring up some information on Darth Necros?" Necros... Necromancy! Ahh connection. The cult of Necros... the Cult of the dead Slaves? I see.

Remember, it was only rumored that Darth Necros had succeeded in doing so, but the thought is still disturbing.

Darth Necros himself was a full-blown Sith Lord, though never Dark Lord of the Sith. Not a great deal is known about him other than he operated on Korriban for a short time, before the Jedi wisened to his presence and ran him out (for the Republic held Korriban loosely during this time). And, of course, the rumors that he was a potent necromancer.

How many years ago was this? Bring up some information on his death?

Over two thousand years ago, about halfway through the New Sith Wars.

Darth Necros and his Cult relocated to Sith territory after the Republic pushed them out of Korriban. In the process, the Republic destroyed much of his research. The Jedi Order sent fifty Jedi Knights, backed by Republic troops, to put an end to the Cult and the danger that it posed. If the rumors about Necros were true, what use was it fighting an army that could be revived? And how many Jedi would be tempted to learn such secrets?

The fifty Knights and their soldiers descended upon Darth Necros' base at Marnum and destroyed it completely. Darth Necros himself killed a handful of Knights before being slain himself, overwhelmed and outnumbered.

Does any of the base remain at Mamum?

No. Due to the extreme danger of Necros' research, the Order had the fortress completely erased from Marnum's surface via orbital bombardment. All that's left is a crater.

Normally such a thing requires Heavy Weapons, but I will say that you can use your Dexterity pool without penalty for those.

Showing interest in tying people up, I'm assuming you would want synth-rope as well? Remember that this is equipment that is going to last you the entire game. Qui-Gon made use of a lot of handy Jedi toys in Episode I...

Such as? I don't have the mind trick ability (I don't think). Is the planet I'm going to inhabited? Does it have trade ships going in and out. Maybe I can book passage? That way I don't have to take my fighter. But I can still bring my droid? lol

Yeah synth rope may be handy (can it support someones weight?)

Synth-rope, those breathmasks for going underwater, anything you can really think of. Halloy is populated, yes, and there is a steady flow of trade going in and out. It is very rocky, as mentioned in its file.

Make sure Soapy has all this information to hand.

It has been two years since the Battle of Naboo. Current headlines speak of an attempted coup on Ryloth, an Anzati invasion on Kiffex, a manhunt by the Jedi Order for a bounty huntress named Aurra Sing, and Queen Amidala selecting a new Senator for Naboo now that Palpatine is Chancellor. This is also the same year that Episode I of Ush's second campaign takes place, when a Knight named Roan Trilanger leads a group of Jedi to destroy a pirate clan.

I think going via trade vessel would be the best idea... also Jedi Robes are probably inappropriate for such a situation. Any kind of cover I can go my (my mind is blank). "Soapy, any ideas?"
