Maybe not, but we're talking about Batman here, and in his book comitting a murder in order to stop a bad guy is not the right thing.I personally wouldn't even concider it a bad thing, let alone a murder. But that's the problem with Bats, he believes in the law (once he even saved Joker from electric chair because he was sentenced for a crime he didn't commit.) If Batman breaks the law and kills - Joker will win (ofcourse he'd be dead, but between the two of them he'll win) it'd mean that he was right all along, and Batman was a hypocrate. Than everybody else would start killing bad guys in order to stop them and the world will turn into a bloodbath, and that'll be Joker's ultimate victory. The scan should explain his motives better than me.
why are all the bad guys in DC atheists? Lex Luthor AND the joker?

because they're smart enough to know better. Sheep follow, men like Joker and Lex think for themselves.
They know exactly what anyone else knows about concepts that surpass our comprehension.....nothing. Speculation either way is neither dumb nor smart, but being judgemental of either side of the argument is one of those two things......guess which?(not the latter)

Indeed, it's just not possible to know. I'm leaning towards atheism though. Simply because of time paradoxes...

I personally believe that any logic used to support the concept of atheism, or anything else, is only valid in one place.......the human mind. The truth is, we create our own logic, and the scope of what we truly understand is far less than any of us would be willing to admit.

Time is linear... Isn't it? Damn, i know nothing of science.... Better not start debating.

so true, but of course, this applies to everything we say about the world. It' all sensorial and mental constructs we make from sensory input data, so while I cant categorically refute the existence of god anymore then I can refute the existance of russel's china teapot orbiting the sun, I can claim god isnt real with the exact same arguments

I disagree. People often confuse logic with reason/rationale. Logic is absolute. Reason is subjective. You can't make a square into a circle or 2+2 =5, but you can rationalize damn near anything.
reason is a generic name we give to some loosely defined mental faculties, logic is just an invented mechanism created to determine whether or not a proposition is true, of course this assumes without proof that there is such a thing as 'truth' and that a proposition is either true or false
I'll stick with actual empiricism
