The most recent example I can think of right now is Wolfsbane failing to do that. Hell he even withstood one slash from Logan.

And what about Skrullverine... he broke his claws trying to cut him.

hulk's pierce durability is not impressive at all

the thing is he heals almost as fast as the cut itself so sometimes it seems like he isn't cut...but he actually is, but he just healed superfast

There is no evidence that he pierced his balls lol. No blood. Poking them alone did the trick IMO.
