also, bc logan did cut hulk's throat...he embedded some of the bone in hulk's neck...meaning he pierced it to some degree

even if we assume it was the real hulk it doesn't say how much power galactus is unleashing surely you don't think some one like Silver Surfer uses the same level blast on daredevil, spiderman than he uses the same level on hulk and if that is not the same he turns around and blast same lvl blast on thor and other high herald beings and gods or abstracts?

1. the teeth looks like it penetrated his neck...not deep though

2. bone claw really is irrelevant in this discussion since rulk was cut by logan with admantium

also, if logan didn't cut hulk...why would he act like he was cut? I think he was cut, but not very deep and hence healed very fast.

His skin is still flexible, that is why it looks that way. But there's no blood.

Rulk was also cut by Tigra and Hellcat... their claws are far less durable/sharp than Logan's.

He felt something brushing against his throat. Adamantium blades cut clean and smooth, he probably expected the wound to open at any second.

Classic Hulk's hide was said to be indestructible. He never had any problems with bullets. Rulk on the other hand is inconsistent and has been pierced by them.
