There's no love lost between me and Sentry but anyone who thinks this is a one sided battle or Superman stomps...well it's just plain untrue.
His power set is even more depended on his mental state than Superman but when confident his definitely a match against the Man of Steel. You can't read the final battle in World War Hulk and think otherwise.
Assuming this is post Bendis and no influence from the Void, molecular/reality manipulation or whatever it is he does, then this could go either way. I'd give the edge to Superman personally but he'd collapse soon afterward.
Superman wins.
It's a tough call. Both have either that undefined or unlimited. And both are a 100+ on the strength scale.(Is invulnerability excluded from the list of powers at hand????)
However, Sentry's strength depends on his mental stability. Superman's strength, on the other hand, does not. Also, Superman can become "supercharged" and his strength exceeds his normal levels.

If he stood there smiling while letting WWH beat him in the face, i'm sure he'll do just fine against Kal.
Sorry... but nothing leads me to believe that Superman could take that beating just to get warmed up. Immortal Hercules allowed WWH to take three shots (fewer than Sentry allowed) and he was all but wrecked.
At the same time... I'm willing to accept that per this thread's stipulations and per forum rules, only certain Sentry feats are permitted. And half of those feats did not involve a Sentry beyond Superman's physicality. So I'd call it a split. But it's Sentry's fight to lose.
