Superman's on panel feats (and I'm assuming you mean pre reboot Superman) clearly make him stronger, faster, and more durable than even void was shown to be on panel. Void was hurt by a lot less than what Superman is capable of dishing out. In fact I think Thor could beat him as well. (well, maybe not current Thor, who might get one-shot by him at this point).
Thor didn't beat Void Sentry, though. It was fairly even before Sentry Voided out, and then it was clear that "full" Void mode was beyond Thor and company. It required plot device to finally beat him.
That said, Superman would be able to clearly damage Voidtry, but not enough to score a forum win under his own power unless there's extenuating circumstances.

You're giving Superman the edge here though. You're not using Kal's average showings but best showings vs Bob's average from what I read of your post. Bob's best means Kal is reduced to subatomic particles.

Let me ask you, what do you think are Bob's best feats in these categories:
1) Strength
2) Durability
3) Speed

Strength? Probably his infinitendrils or whatever easily crushing Hulk's bones. Tbf, Hulk's physical stats do flucuate depending on rage and the writer, in some cases with his durability being low generally, but with a significant healing factor to back it up. Easily blocking Terrax's axe is also something that comes to mind and likely counts as a durability feat as well. Terrax may job from time to time, but his axe is consistently portrayed as being a powerful ass weapon that no herald can tank or would want to.
Durability speaking, he took a Mjolnir strike to the dome and just stood there all crazy like. He seems to be damaged a bit more easily when under Void influence, but his regen and (relative) immortality make it so that doesn't really matter.
Speed wise, he seems to be fast enough to the point where I don't personally see Superman being too fast to fight or defend himself against.
I'll be the first one to say Sentry sucks ass as a character, but I don't see Superman beating a high end Sentry unless he himself is also operating far above normal levels or has plot helping him out.

1. Strength great enough to snap a weapon thought to be indestructible when fortified by Terrax's PC. Pretty strong.
Capable of wrestling the forces of a cosmic cube. Also pretty strong.
2. As another poster pointed out. Bob's durability and overall power was generated by his mind. If we took his physical durability, and add on to it his psionic ability to reinforce his body, I would say that he is very durable.
During Siege, Bob realized all the harm that he had done, and he opted for suicide. He allowed himself to be killed.
3. Bob has shown that he can operate at hyper speeds, and while on the Clock via Reed and Tony's suggestions, he sped around averting disasters across the globe in a matter of seconds each, just to be a productive member of society. You see it wasn't that Bob wasn't powerful, he just never let it all hang out due to locks that were placed in his mind, either by mystic tampering, or psychology.
Feats aren't the be all end all. What he did to Owen Reece he could have done to Superman, unless Superman is impervious to molecular manipulation.
Let me ask you a question, would Superman be able to push back Galactus with his abilities? Off panel is good enough when considering canon. I mean it's not as if it was not stated in a comic.
We can go the helicarrier route, but to do that we would have to do the same with Zods son, and Superman being forced so far back while only attempting to slow a sedan sized object.
