So you admit he's a parody of a Spider-Man. Spider-Man is the original "Mouthy Super Hero" of the comics. Deadpool even claims he's a ripoff of Spider-Man. If you're complaining that Deadpool sense of humor is based on him being insane, then Spidey broke that mold before Deadpool did(based on trauma not insanity), it was Kelly that took the character and molded it into a Spidey type of edgy. Before Deadpool was a rip off of Deathstroke with little unimaginative potential.Spider-Man is the original, the alpha and omega of wisecracking smart assed based superheros, just like Bugs was the original snarker wise guy of the looney toons. Deadpool is the anti spidey. Him wanting to be a accepted hero, him talking his enmies to death and him struggling to keep his life together despite being a trained killer. His main focus is cheap shits and giggles with more random wolverine apperences, not unlike Joe Kelly's run.
Dont' put words in my mouth first of all. What I'm getting at is that Deadpool's gone far and away beyond the status of just a parody and it's just that which makes him unique henceforth. Trying to mince simple terms such as trauma and insanity to somehow justify your cliams when they're completely unrelated to what either aspect led their respective characters into doesn't make it anymore a fact that it's wrong. In other words, you're not only ignoring that, but clearly putting it against irrelevant topics and again, taking the wrong elements in the wrong light for the sake of justifying your otherwise baseless criticism. Again, where Spiderman is made to be a quippy and witty character, Deadpool's a quirky, spontaneous and comedic one.
No status Spiderman has holds any relevence to what Deadpool's made himself into by the sheer virtue of being on a completely different level of the moral scale, and even his enemies are on more than one occasion shown to be like that as well. That's not to say he needs to be made the next big thing in superheroes, but it does say more of what he's about and worth than again, a buch of purists who don't let themselves see the more recent/contemporary superheroes/villains/etc. as such.

Is Chris's flamethrower really as gay as I've heard people claim?

Word's going around on Xbox Live that somebody hacked MvC3 and got Jill and Shuma-Gorath early. If this is true, then it's Fable 3 (and/or RE5) all over again: content already in the game but can only be unlocked if you pay for it. This is pissing me off.

Why are you so surprised? This is Capcom we are talking about.

Well it's DLC of course we have to pay for it.
I would've gotten that DLC for free if the Special Editions didn't mysteriously disappear from Gamestop's inventory.

Still, it pisses me off.
