Nah, as Imp pointed out, Wolvie can get KO'ed from a single bullet from an average marksman. Not to mention he can be KO'ed by punches (X1 proves this) and cries like a baby when he gets hurt (like he does when Sabretooth breaks his claws in Origins).
Robo has a side arm that has infinite bullets and with it he can blow the nuts off a fly. Robo can easily target Wolvies' eyes, mouth or cock, FTW.

Zero shot him in the head with a 9 milly, it had zero effect. Zero is an uber marksman.
The cop shot him with his gun and KO'd him. The cop was nowhere near Zero in aim.
Robo carries a 9milly and is a damn good marksman. Not as good as Zero, but badass.
See the pattern? 9 milly from Zero did shit to Wolvie. Headshot from the cop, an average marksman, KO'd him. Logic dictates that the cop had a higher caliber weapon. Robocop carries a 9 milly.

logic would not dictate that a police officer would be using a different caliber sidearm then the standard 9mm theyre ordered to use. if police want more kick then they use assault rifles or shotguns, that is designated by law. they dont walk around with their own custom hand cannons... it would make more sense to me assume that zero who is allowed much more freedom by virtue of his job would use bigger guns.
however! it doesnt really matter... considering what logan went through in the movies its obvious that the bullet scene was pis... hes taken worse and stood right up.

I'm not ignoring it, I'm saying that if he got shot on several different occasions, and didn't get ko'd, him getting ko'd another time is a low showing, I thought we didn't use those?
His physical showings aren't even necessary, Robocop is nowhere near fast to tag him.

Cain was beating his ass for a few minutes, and Logan wasn't ko'd at all.
And different police use different pistols, some use 9mm, some use 40., some use Glocks, etc....

Ummm no movie Juggs was a piece of shit. Wolvie surviving a beat down from him wasn't really impressive at all.

its not about low showings versus high showings its about consistency. we go with the feats that are the most consistent. if a character shows a history of consistently tanking bullets then the one time that he doesnt isnt consistent with how his abilities have been portrayed. the reverse would also be true.
logans consistently tanked bullets and inflicted damage superior to the damage of a bullet. the one time he is KO'd from a bullet that didnt even pierce the bone is completely inconsistent with just about every one of his durability feats.

Movie Juggs was a piece of shit? He took adamantium through his arm with no flinch or pain, he almost demolished Jean's house using nothing but Wolverine(who wasn't ko'd from all the abuse), he stepped on an APC and crumpled it like cookie dough, etc...
And I didn't say the cop wasn't using a 9mm, I said different agencies employ different caliber handguns.
