Both actually.

You'll see better results with running though.

Nah. You actually work the shit out of your abs while running.

Burn many more calories per unit time.

Sprinting is literally, a full body workout.

Try it: do 10 sprints (that's 90% effort or greater), 100 meters, with 2 minutes or less of rest between each one. Your abs, calves, quads, groin, hip adducters, hamstrings, and maybe even your back and arms, will be sore...especially for someone as sedentary as you.

Yeah, it's true.

Last night I decided to go for a run to see if my stamina has gotten better since I began exercising in a serious manner.

Today comes, and I can definitely feel it in my abs.

Hey, good for you!

For once you are correct.

Shut the **** up; do you think I appreciate patronism from you?

Bardock, much respect for sharing this in such honesty. I wish you all the best on this painfull journey & hang in there!

How's the weight loss going, Bardock?

Easy Option: Weight loss - How to shred bodyfat

Take anti-biotics 4 times a day, walk at a difficult pace and run when u can, sprint a little too, most of the time, eat nothing but spinach cooked in oil and garlic, eat cups full of delicious ice-cubes when hungry, chew gum when hungry and brush ur teeth when hungry. drink a little juice too.

Or u could not do that unhealthy routine and workout, thats wat i suggest for someone else but im taking the easy way out for now, the unhealthy way.

You should do what I do to maintain my physical appearance.

I follow a Raw Food Diet, you can read about all the benefits here (seriously, this diet is EFFECTIVE AS HELL):
http://howtogoraw.com/

And Isometrics are the best types of workouts that are scientifically proven to burn fat the fastest, and put on muscle the fastest (one guy put on 30 lbs of lean muscle in 7 weeks, but you can also use them to burn fat, it's very effective ), and they also make you EXTREMELY strong and fast. I do them, as well as Calisthenics and Plyometrics. They all sound pretty complicated, but they're really not. No equipment is needed for any of them.

Isometrics are the types of exercises that Bruce Lee used.
You can read all about them here:

That's what I do to stay in top physical condition, and because of it, I have a body that's very comparable to Cam Gigandet's.

And in case you're wondering, Cam Gigandet is this guy: http://daemonsmovies.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/10/cam-gigandet-pics.jpg

I do MMA, and my style of fighting includes Muay Thai, Kyokushin Karate, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and Wrestling. And I've been to 3 actual fights in the cage, and I haven't been defeated, and my victories were by KO/TKO in the first round. I also spar a lot. And most often, I'm too fast and strong for my sparring partner, I owe a lot of this to the Raw Food Diet, and the types of exercises I do.

Hope this helps.

I've lost an extra 5 lbs

fukyahhh

just keeping active, and cutting down proportions of food is the key

simply walking around or moving your body around helps

Isometrics > Anaerobics & Aerobics

Doing too much aerobics actually trains you body to store fat. So while you burn it off initially, your internal fat thermostat remains at a high setting and you end up putting the fat right back on when you eat.

Your body does this because it needs the extra fat since your doing exercises that rely on fat for the majority of the fuel.

If you ask me, the best way to stay in shape is definitely Isometrics. It's the only scientifically proven method to burn fat the fastest, and build lean muscle the fastest.

Doing things like crunches or sit ups just works the muscles underneath the layer of fat. It doesn't burn very much fat.

But, to see best results with any exercise, you have to follow a nutrition plan. And the one I do (and it's awesome) is the Raw Food diet.

Hope this helps anyone that wants to get fit.

MARIUS YOU CAN'T AVOID THIS THREAD FOREVER!!! uhuh

Well actually I guess you can rlly easily but DAMNIT I AM GOING TO KEEP REMINDING y000000000000 😠
